Chess.com is back at TwitchCon this year, with the 2024 European TwitchCon event kicking off in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on June 29.

There are plenty of amazing activities planned for chess fans, and we look forward to meeting many of you there, whether you're a seasoned TwitchCon veteran or a first-time visitor!

What To Expect At TwitchCon 2024

  • Meet-and-greets with your favorite chess content creators! Confirmed names so far include Anna-Maja Kazarian, Anna Cramling, Alexandra Prado, Lile Koridze, AngelikaChessborn, and more.
  • Merch giveaways and contests featuring exclusive Chess.com merchandise for you to win.
  • The chance to beat the official world record for the fastest time to set up a chessboard.
  • Several community boards where you can challenge friends and strangers to chess games.
  • Special photo opportunities with professional chess photographer Maria Emelianova so you can feel (and look) like a grandmaster!
  • Community picnic at 14:30 CEST on Friday, June 28 at the Nirvana by Hkiki Restaurant.

How To Attend

TwitchCon tickets are still on sale! One-day tickets are priced at €75, while two-day tickets cost €125. These tickets give you access to the full convention, including many other booths (though clearly none are as cool as the Chess.com one).

TwitchCon is always a wonderful time for the chess community to meet and bond over our shared love of the game and introduce others to the magic of chess for the first time. Whether you're there to set new records in our puzzle challenges or show your friends how the pieces move, we'd love to see you there.
