Olga Badelka, a former Belarusian and since mid-2021 Russian international master, is ranked third on the list of top girls in the world (as of February 2021). She has three Belarus championships for girls in U16 (2017), U18 (2017), and U20 (2016) sections. In 2017, she won gold in the girls U16 section of the European Youth Chess Championships and has four additional medals spread across the European and World Youth Chess Championships. At the 2018 Women’s Chess Olympiad, Badelka played first board for Belarus, scoring 5.5/9 points.
