I live in Central Vermont. My family  founded an artist’s  retreat in 1946, Quarry  Hill in Rochester, VT, where I still live. I’m  a writer and I worked as a paraeducator and teacher. I defend children and animals, and rescue dogs on the Internet.  I want to play chess to keep my mind on its toes, so to speak!
