After rediscovering chess since the end of July 2008 I have played on this site every day that I have been able and I am still thoroughly enjoying it. Musically my tastes are stuck in the 70s & 80s, amongst my favourite bands are the likes of Genesis, Hawkwind, Yes, Frank Zappa and Pink Floyd. I spent most of the 80s playing Dungeons and Dragons in a drunken stupor and boy was it fun! I have been Chairman and Secretary of the Derby & District Astronomical Society and still gaze at the stars in wonder. If only I could play chess with some of the magic from the heavens. I run a group on this site for D&D players, past and present so if you've ever played then please feel free to join.
