Hello! My name is Eliam (aka Helium) Chang, and I have played chess competitively for 7 years. It all started in an afterschool when I fell in love with chess. At 14, I earned my USCF Candidate Master Title. I started teaching at the start of 2020. Now, I am Vice President of Valley Christian's Chess Club and currently on the way to become a National Master (~2100 USCF right now). I can teach all beginners and intermediate players (up to ~1800 USCF), but I can refer you to a stronger coach after that.
